Shipping Policy

As for the moment we only provide shipping service to all states in Malaysia area. We do not accept international order. 

Local Orders or Deliveries

1. All local orders within Malaysia should be shipped out within 1-2 working days after the acceptance of your order and full payment (subject to stock availability).
2. Please check and ensure contents and packaging are in good condition before signing and accepting the delivery. Signature is required as proof of acceptance.
3. If there is no one present to accept the delivery, you may be required to pick up the parcel from your designated post office.
4. We are using Poslaju and J&T for local deliveries. The shipping charges are based on weight and will be calculated and shown upon checkout.
5. Poslaju and J&T parcels will be delivered in 1-2 days for West Malaysia and 3-4 days for East Malaysia.
